Tehty samalla reseptillä kuin aiemmatkin ruutulapaset, vain lanka on eri laatua. Näissä on käytetty Novitan Isoveljeä, sillä se oli paksuudeltaan samaa luokkaa kuin punainen ja oranssi. Valitsin samankaltaisen langan, koska alkuperäisparin koko oli tilaajalle juuri passeli. Tämä pari on siis tehty pyynnöstä poikaystävän kaverille, joka rajoitti tilausta vain sen verran, että "ihan sama minkä väriset, kunhan ei mitään kovin räikeää." Hillitsin siis haluni kääntää toisen lapasen värit peilikuvaksi tai tehdä jotain muuta hölmöä. Hienot tuli, tilaajakin tykkäsi.

Black and Blue
These mittens are made the same way than the red-and-orange - pair I finished earlier. Only the yarn is different. These are made on order of a friend of my boyfriend, and the only restriction he gave was that the mittens shouldn't be too bright-colored. I chose a Finnish yarn with the same thickness as in red-and-orange -ones, cause the original pair was just perfect to this guy as well. He was happy with the result, and so am I.
